MEP Commercial Manager
Monthly salary up to 65,000 AED for exceptional candidates
Head Office based in Dubai
5 DAY working week
Are you a Western Educated Commercial Manager with a wealth of experience handling major Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing contracts worth 150 Million AED + for MEP Sub-contractors in the Gulf ?
Core work is spread across Developers and Government Entities so work ranges from 100 Million AED to 600 Million across the 7 Emirates in the UAE.

Responsibilities
• Guide, manage and mentor a team of MEP Quantity Surveyors, Engineers & Procurement Officers
• Set up, drive and manage need process and procedure (PUT your stamp on it)
• Add input at pre & post contract stages
• Liaise with external suppliers, sub-contractors and end clients for contract terms, agreements and EOT's
• Present monthly and quarterly figures to the management team

Working closely with a knowledgeable Operations Manager that has 8 Years in the region and a General Manager with 14 years success in the UAE.

Requirements:
• Degree Educated - Quantity Surveying• 10 Years Post Graduate experience but no more than 30 Years
• 4 Years Middle East experience
• Clear experience handling FIDIC contracts in the Middle East Region
• 85% of working career must have been working for MEP Sub-contractors or main contractors
• It will be evident from the communication with NSR Associates & the CV that you match the criteria. Personal skills and an eye for detail are 100% CRITICAL in this post so no excuses thank you
• Clear experience to claims preparation and contractual engagement. Can you lead and influence the strategy on site or with the client
• For the right person there is an MEP Commercial Director role to step into as the group grows hitting targets on the 5 Year business plan.
Salary:
• 65,000 AED All in Per Month for exceptional candidates matching all the criteria
• Family Flights, Medical & Visas
• Annual Bonus related to performance - range from 1 to 2 Months Salary
• 5 Day working week in HQ but there will be days and times where long days and overtime are needed
Salary:
AED
55,000 to 65,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
