Position Title: Moroccan Cuisine DCDP – Luxury 5* Hotel
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:
• Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes according to 5* hotel standards.
• Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety, and proper storage of ingredients.
• Supervise junior kitchen staff or commis as assigned.
• Support inventory management, portion control, and menu consistency.
Requirements:
• Open to Morrocan and Asian nationals from 38 years old and below• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a 5* hotel or luxury kitchen specializing in Moroccan Cuisine.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, cooking techniques, and plating standards and ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with hygiene standards and kitchen safety regulations.
Salary:
AED
5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
