Operations Manager – Start-Up Cleaning Company | Dubai, UAE

Role Overview
As our Operations Manager, you'll lead daily operations, manage cleaning teams, and implement scalable systems to ensure exceptional service delivery. This hands-on role will involve everything from staff recruitment and training to inventory control, vendor management, and client satisfaction.
We need a strategic thinker who’s just as comfortable rolling up their sleeves and getting into the details.
Key Responsibilities
• Set up and manage operational systems, schedules, and team workflows.
• Recruit, onboard, and supervise cleaning staff.
• Monitor cleaning quality to meet internal and client standards.
• Build strong client relationships and address service feedback.
• Oversee procurement of cleaning supplies, products, and equipment.
• Manage supplier/vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain inventory levels and control operational costs.
• Track budgets, KPIs, and generate performance reports.
• Drive continuous improvement and prepare the business for scale.
• Collaborate with founders on shaping company culture and growth strategy.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in operations, facilities, hospitality, or cleaning services.• Strong leadership skills with experience managing frontline teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a start-up environment.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Comfortable with digital tools: scheduling software, inventory systems, MS Office.
• Solid understanding of UAE business and labor regulations.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus but not required).
Salary:
AED
12,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Incentivised bonus scheme
