Position Title: Operations Manager - Shipping
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai based international shipping vessel agency servicing Africa and Europe
Job Description:
• Oversee daily operations within the team - order processing, inventory tracking, shipping documentation (e.g., bills of lading, ASNs, pick slips)
• Utilize shipping/ERP software to monitor, track, and optimize shipping workflows
• Negotiate with carriers, freight forwarders, and manage cost-effective shipping rates
• Manage, train, and supervise department staff; foster efficient workflows and collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, purchasing, customs) to streamline order flow and resolve issues
Requirements:
• Open to Male, European & CIS Nationalities, 40 years old and below• Must have 3 years’ experience as Operations Manager in UAE
Salary:
AED
20,000 to 25,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
