Position: Procurement Executive
Location: DIP Phase 2(Dubai Investment Park) – Industrial Packaging
Salary - AED 5000 -AED7500 + Benefits
A well established , Industrial packaging company in Dubai is looking to hire for a Procurement Executive.
The Procurement In-Charge is responsible for end-to-end procurement operations, including sourcing from suppliers, vendor/supplier management, order processing, dispatch coordination, and accurate cost entry in the ERP/system. This role ensures timely availability of materials at the best cost, strict adherence to quality standards, and smooth coordination between procurement and warehouse.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–5 years of UAE experience in Procurement/Sourcing.
- They should be from Industrial Packaging/Building Materials/Machinery or Material Trading Industry .
- Candidates should have experienced in procuring/sourcing materials Internationally & Locally both.
- Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, freight, customs clearance, and landed costing.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 7,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
