As Product Manager, you will serve as the critical link between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors. You'll define product vision, manage the backlog, and ensure the delivery of high-impact solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

Description
* Define and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives
* Own and prioritise the product backlog based on stakeholder input and business value
* Translate business requirements into actionable user stories or manage the team responsible for doing so
* Act as the main point of contact for product-related queries
* Lead backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions
* Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement
* Manage vendor contracts and renewals
* Oversee the full product lifecycle
* Research and compare products to meet emerging demands

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field* Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
* Strong grasp of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and ServiceDesk
* Strategic thinking and user-centric mindset
* Technical background or experience working with development teams
* Familiarity with data analytics and user research
