Position Title: Project Manager – Residential
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Up to 30K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A rapidly growing group of companies based in Dubai and Kazakhstan, building a strong reputation in real estate with a focus on mid to high-rise residential projects.
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning (pre-construction stage), design, site supervision, quality assurance, and timely completion within budget.
- Prepare work schedules, cost calculations, financial projections, site reports, and documentation while assessing risks and ensuring safety compliance.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce; provide technical guidance and negotiate contracts to optimize project outcomes.
- Lead, delegate, and coordinate tasks, meetings, and training sessions to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Professionals with 8–12 years’ experience, ideally aged 30–40, with strong exposure to Middle Eastern and South Asian markets (Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey, India, Pakistan)- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction or in any relevant field
- At least 3 years relevant experience handling mid to high-rise residential projects with full-cycle project management expertise
- Must have a valid UAE Driving License and own car
Salary:
AED
30,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
