JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
1. Property Documentation & Contract Management:
• Manage and update property-related documents, including contracts, agreements, and tenant records.
• Oversee the issuance, renewal, and termination of tenancy contracts, ensuring compliance with UAE real estate laws.
• NOC Preparations and management.
2. Landlord Services and Communication
• Maintain full record of Landlord /stake holder property details.
• Negotiating with Landlord on rates for lease and related services
• Preparing Property Management contract and tracking all revisions of clauses.
3. Tenant Services and Communication:
• Act as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and complaints, ensuring resolution in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Facilitate property viewings and liaise with landlords for efficient tenant placement and retention.
4. Reporting and Data Management:
• Generate detailed reports for internal and external review, including occupancy rates, tenant feedback, and financial performance.
• Utilize property management software for accurate data recording and analysis.
• Schedule Property visits for onsite inspection and report the findings to the internal management team to ensure proactive property enhancements and compliance. and English.
5. Customer Service:
• Maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction through proactive engagement and effective problem-solving.
• Ensure all tenant interactions are handled with professionalism and courtesy.
6. Facility Management:
• Following up on maintenance requests with FM team and making sure it is solved for any related maintenance issues for tenants/buildings.
7. Other:
• Online Ejari application and NOC preparations.
• Coordinating with legal department by providing them with required tenant’s documents, preparing legal notices, payments break-down and following up on legal cases to update the Landlord, management and system accordingly.
• Following up on bounced cheques payments and ensuring it’s cleared within the deadline given by management.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
• Experience in handling social media Platform
Requirements:
• Graduation or equivalent.• Good Knowledge of property market.
• Excellent knowledge on social media platforms and facilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good time management skills.
• Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
• Knowledge and experience of social media platform handling, including posting ad.
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 7,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
