We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Real Estate Agent to join our thriving team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients find their dream properties and skilled at navigating the fast-paced UAE real estate market. Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients seeking to buy, sell, or rent properties in Dubai.
- Conduct thorough market research to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date property information.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings, guiding clients through the features and benefits of each property.
- Negotiate contracts and sales agreements on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible terms.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
- Stay current with local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends to provide expert advice.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, offers, and counteroffers effectively.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and transactions.
**This job is commission-based**
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role, preferably within the UAE market.- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market and real estate laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage time efficiently.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Valid real estate license or certification in the UAE is preferred.
- Proficiency with real estate databases, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
