Requirements:
* 8+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition within large, complex organisations in the UAE* Established experience leading a recruitment team or function
* Proven ability to build efficient processes
* Strong stakeholder relationship skills
* Highly customer-focused approach
* Experience with recruitment tech and data
* Comfortable in dynamic, start-up settings
