JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare timely detailed reports.
• Complete and close daily operational reports.
• Ensure time-sensitive tasks are handled with urgency and efficiency.
• Perform pre-opening checks and follow up on stand completion status.
• Identify risks, implement control measures, and reduce chances of accidents.
• Coordinate overnight task handovers and next-day updates.
• Support Operations & Infrastructure Managers in all venue-related matters.
• Report outstanding operational issues and follow up on priorities.
• Ensure all activities comply with Quality, Health & Safety, and Security standards.
Requirements:
• Min. 2 years’ experience in an operations role within the events industry• Fluent in English – verbal and written
• Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, Email
• Proficiency in EBMS (Event Business Management System)
• Solid report writing skills
• IOSH Certification is a must
Salary:
AED
6,000 to 7,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
