We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Administrator to join our clients prominent Real Estate developer and investors fast-paced Dubai office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-energy, high-pressure environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional efficiency and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will be an efficient project manager with excellent organisational skills and a strong ability to manage global leads effectively, and experience working with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce). If you’re motivated, adaptable, and eager to play a key role in supporting our growing international team, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements:
The role involves managing global marketing leads across multiple regions including the Dubai, UK and Saudi Arabia and platforms, ensuring efficient CRM (Salesforce) usage, lead analysis, and reporting. It includes administrative duties such as document control, trade license renewals, staff travel coordination and drafting agency agreements. HR responsibilities cover employee documentation, visa processing, attendance tracking, and general support. Additionally, the role includes PA tasks like managing directors’ travel and overseeing property matters, all within a dynamic, multi-functional environment.

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Medical insurance, visa, and monthly sales and marketing bonus depending on performance.
