We are seeking dynamic and results-driven professionals for the roles of Sales & Marketing Management, Marketing Manager/Officer, and Leasing Executive within the thriving investment management sector in Abu Dhabi. These positions offer an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth by driving innovative marketing strategies, managing leasing activities, and cultivating strong client relationships in a competitive market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
- Manage marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with leasing teams to oversee property leasing activities, ensuring maximum occupancy and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, marketing initiatives, and leasing status for senior management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales, marketing, and leasing efforts with overall business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.- Proven experience in sales, marketing, and leasing within the investment management or real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics in the UAE, particularly in Abu Dhabi.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
