We are seeking a Sales Manager with a Chemical Engineering background and proven experience in water treatment systems and chemicals. The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales growth in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies for water treatment products and services.
-Identify new clients and business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and municipal sectors.
-Conduct site visits, technical assessments, and product demonstrations.
-Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and technical presentations.
-Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
-Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver quality solutions.
-Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
-Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
-Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development within the water treatment industry (RO systems, filtration, softeners, dosing systems).
-Strong technical understanding of water treatment processes and solutions.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Valid UAE Driving License required.
-UAE market experience preferred.

Salary:
AED 4,500 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Performance-based incentives and commissions
