Description

As a Senior Associate in the Private Equity team, you will play a critical role in the full lifecycle of investments-from origination and due diligence through to execution and portfolio management. Key responsibilities include:

* Leading financial analysis, valuation, and modeling for potential investments
* Supporting deal structuring, negotiations, and documentation
* Conducting market and sector research with a focus on GCC opportunities
* Managing relationships with portfolio companies and contributing to value creation initiatives
* Preparing investment committee materials and presenting findings
* Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders across the investment process

Requirements:
* Must be currently working in the UAE (essential)
* Native or fluent Arabic language skills (essential)
* 6-8 years of experience in private equity or M&A
* Proven track record in executing transactions and managing portfolio companies
* Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
* Deep understanding of the GCC investment landscape
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset with high attention to detail
