Senior Executive Finance And Accounts

Your role

We are looking for a young and dynamic senior executive - finance & accounts to join our team in Medcare Hospital.

Your responsibilities

• Prepare and close monthly MIS reports for the Medcare Hospital Dubai cluster, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Analyse financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key variances and trends.
• Consolidate financial data and submit monthly reports to the Medcare management office within defined timelines.
• Maintain reporting templates and ensure alignment with corporate reporting standards.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including patient footfalls, per patient collection, direct costs and EBITDA margins.
• Liaise with internal departments including operations, billing, procurement and HR to gather financial inputs and validate assumptions.
• Provide financial insights and support to business head of finance for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
• Support internal and external audits with required documentation and analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in healthcare industries.
• Strong command of Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle).
• Experience in MIS reporting and working with centralized finance teams.
