Job Description
A reputable real estate and property management firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Leasing Advisor to oversee leasing operations across commercial portfolios. This role is pivotal in ensuring high occupancy rates, tenant satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and strong financial performance.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, and the ability to lead by example in delivering customer-centric service and operational excellence.
Requirements:
• Higher Diploma or Degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in residential or commercial leasing.
• In-depth knowledge of RERA laws, EJARI, and leasing procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software (e.g., Masterkey, PropSpace, Yardi).
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
Salary:
AED
12,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
