Inspire Selection is an independently owned boutique recruitment agency based in Dubai. We’re seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant/Manager to add further expertise to our team.

Requirements:
• Ambitious and highly motivated individual, self-motivated & entrepreneurial mindset• A passion for sales and closing deals
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• At least 3-4 years’ experience working as an agency recruiter
• Existing UAE work experience is essential
• A good sense of humour
• Excellent team spirit
