About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Valuation Consultant to join our growing valuation team. The ideal candidate will be a RICS-qualified surveyor with strong technical expertise and practical experience across both commercial and residential property markets in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
• Undertake property valuations for a range of asset classes including commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.
• Prepare comprehensive valuation reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with RICS standards.
• Conduct financial and market research, analyzing data to support valuation conclusions.
• Engage directly with clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely and high-quality outputs in line with company and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
• RICS-qualified surveyor (mandatory).• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification valuation experience within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate markets, valuation methodologies, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent report writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Client-facing experience and a professional approach to stakeholder management.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
