We’re representing a boutique architectural studio in Dubai seeking a Senior Site Architect to join their close-knit, collaborative team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 8+ years of experience in the UAE or GCC, who thrives on seeing high-end design come to life through meticulous detailing, materiality, and hands-on site supervision.
You’ll take ownership of ensuring quality on site; managing contractors, coordinating with consultants, and representing the studio confidently in front of clients. The ideal candidate combines technical excellence with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset and an eye for refined finishes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee site works and ensure design intent is fully realized during construction
- Manage contractor coordination, quality control, and technical compliance
- Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
- Review drawings, specifications, and materials to maintain design integrity
- Collaborate closely with the design team across all project stages
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For- 8+ years of architectural experience within the UAE or GCC
- Strong technical knowledge in contracts, specifications, materials, and finishes detailing
- Confident communicator with strong site presence and leadership ability
- Arabic speaking preferred
- Team player who enjoys working in a horizontal, no-hierarchy culture
- Passion for craftsmanship, precision, and high-quality design delivery
Salary:
AED
18,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
