Position Title: Site Lead – Paints Manufacturing
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A global Petrochemical Group of Companies that trades and manufactures a wide array of paints and coating products
Job Description:
• Supervise daily operations on the paint production or site floor, ensuring targets, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Lead and manage a team of operators, technicians, and laborers, ensuring smooth workflow and timely task completion.
• Monitor equipment, report maintenance needs, and assist in troubleshooting technical issues to reduce downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records, prepare reports for management, and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
Requirements:
• 38 years and below• At least 2-3 years of experience in paints manufacturing or production supervision within paints manufacturing industries
• Solid understanding of paint production processes, machinery, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, able to motivate and guide staff effectively.
Salary:
AED
6,000 to 7,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
