We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Store Manager fluent in Russian to lead our retail outlet in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee daily store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while managing a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all store operations including inventory control, merchandising, and staff scheduling.
- Lead, train, and motivate store team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer service standards.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Ensure the store complies with company policies and government regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching to staff members.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Collaborate with headquarters on marketing campaigns and inventory management.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Russian and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Proficient in using retail management software and MS Office.
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement effective business strategies.
- Flexible to work in shifts as required by the store operations.
- Knowledge of the UAE retail market and regulations is an advantage.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 11,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
