* Collaborate with clients to understand and document IT support needs.
* Analyse processes and recommend system improvements.
* Provide ongoing support for financial and logistics modules.
* Troubleshoot and deploy system enhancements with IT teams.
* Optimise workflows and reporting for operational efficiency.
* Generate performance reports and maintain dashboards.
* Deliver training and create user documentation.

Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in financial/logistics IT systems support.* Exposure to commodity trading workflows and platforms.

* Certifications such as CBAP, ITIL, or PMP are advantageous
