JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We’re looking for a motivated and technically skilled Technical Sales Lead to take ownership of the full sales cycle and drive business growth across our client portfolio. You’ll collaborate closely with the Technical Manager to design tailored solutions and provide leadership within the sales team. This position is ideal for professionals who combine technical expertise with strong business acumen and customer engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing.
Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and solution design sessions with the Technical Manager.
Develop and maintain sales enablement tools.
Train and manage junior sales representatives to support team performance and growth.
Provide accurate weekly sales forecasts and performance updates to the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
4–5 years of experience in a IT-related technical/sales field.Proven presentation and communication skills (English required; Arabic a plus).
Solid understanding of AI, low-code, and no-code concepts.
Prior sales experience is highly preferable, especially in technical or solution-based selling.
