JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic fintech team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical assistance and troubleshooting support to our clients, ensuring seamless operation of our financial technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to client technical inquiries via multiple channels.
- Diagnose and resolve software issues related to our fintech applications.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand and communicate technical requirements and updates.
- Document all support activities and maintain detailed records for future reference.
- Conduct system testing and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide training and technical guidance to clients and internal teams as required.
- Stay updated on fintech industry trends and new technologies to enhance support services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience in technical support, preferably within the fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of financial software applications and related IT infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting both software and hardware issues.
- Fluency in English.
- Customer-centric mindset with a dedication to delivering high-quality support.
Salary:
AED
4,000 to 6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
