We are seeking an experienced Payroll Section Head to take full ownership of payroll operations for a newly formed organisation. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead payroll processes from the ground up in a dynamic, future-focused environment.

Description
* Lead end-to-end payroll setup, processing, and administration
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and UAE labour regulations
* Handle sensitive and confidential employee data with discretion and professionalism
* Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to ensure seamless payroll integration
* Support system implementation and optimisation, with a preference for Oracle Fusion

Requirements:
* UAE National with Family Book* 7+ years of payroll experience, preferably in large or complex organisations
* Strong working knowledge of Oracle Fusion or similar payroll systems
* Proven ability to manage confidential data with maturity and integrity
* Agile and adaptable in unstructured environments, with a solution-oriented mindset
