JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our vibrant hospitality team in Dubai. This role is perfect for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
