We are seeking a friendly and proactive Waitress to join our dynamic team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and guide them to their seats.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Ensure all customer needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns gracefully to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waitress or similar role is preferred.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
