Job Summary:
The Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. The ideal candidate will be friendly, attentive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
* Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.* Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
* Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
* Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their meal.
* Check in with customers to ensure they are enjoying their dining experience.
* Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
* Process payments and issue receipts correctly.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
*Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
*Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant as needed.
