JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for a skilled Zoho Developer to join our team. This role combines coding expertise and administration responsibilities, ensuring seamless configuration, customization, and optimization of Zoho applications to support the company’s operational needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Finance Manager to develop custom solutions, integrate third-party systems, and manage day-to-day Zoho administration tasks.
Job Specification & Responsibilities:
Zoho Development & Customization:
- Develop, configure, and customize Zoho applications (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk) according to business needs.
- Write and implement Deluge scripts to automate workflows and business processes.
- Create custom functions, modules, and API integrations to enhance Zoho functionality.
System Integration & API Management:
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party software and internal systems.
- Manage API requests and maintain smooth communication between systems.
Zoho Administration:
- Monitor and maintain data integrity, system performance, backups, and security settings.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho applications and customizations.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity by setting up data validation rules and workflows.
Training & Documentation:
- Train end-users on Zoho applications and custom solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation or training manual for developed solutions and system configurations.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho applications.- Proficiency in Deluge scripting.
- Understanding of APIs, web services, and third-party integrations.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Good communication skills for client interactions and user training.
- Experience with additional Zoho applications (Zoho Projects, Zoho Books, etc.).
- Knowledge of databases, SQL, and cloud-based platforms.
- Familiarity with other programming languages, especially JavaScript (and others).
