About Us:
An established Summer Camp across the US is looking to hire an Archery instructor. Our sports camp is dedicated to providing top-tier equestrian education to students of all ages and skill levels. We are seeking passionate Full-Time Archery Instructors to join our team.
• Applications are open to international candidates.
• Rotating Shifts - 6 days a week.
• Work starts in June 2026
• Application deadline is December 31, 2025
• This is a salary, plus the offer includes employment visas, medical insurance for elligible candidates.
• Accommodation+three meals+ training are FREE.
Responsibilities:
• Teach shooting safety and basic skills class
• Care and maintenance of equipment and range
• Plan and facilitate other programs with other staff
• Provide oversight, guidance, and management in archery venues to their highest and best use
• Controls the movement of small teams to provide programs and complete a range of tasks
• Ensures range safety procedures are followed
• Maintain a clean, organized, inspected, neat, and safe work area
• Abide by policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum age: 18+• Experience with archery or shooting sports (preferred)
• Required: USA Archery Level 1 Instructor (training provided)
• Preferred: Experience in competitive shooting or hunting, any discipline
• Comfortable using Microsoft Teams for daily work-related communication
Physical Practical Requirements:
• Ability to stand, walk, and hike up to 9 hours daily and ability to lift/move up to 70 pounds

• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn/develop hard and soft skills

Salary:
USD
500 to 600
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
