About Us:
An established Summer Camp across the US is looking to hire a Youth Sports Coach. Our sports camp is dedicated to providing top-tier sports education to students of all ages and skill levels. We are seeking passionate Full-Time Youth Sports Coach Instructors to join our team. We’re looking for motivated & experienced coaches to join our network in the New York and Philadelphia area.
We’re looking for coaches who are experienced across the following sports:
Baseball, basketball, field hockey, football, golf, ice hockey, lacrosse, mental performance, pickleball, soccer, softball, strength & speed, swimming, tennis, track & field, volleyball
• Applications are open to international candidates.
• Rotating Shifts - 6 days a week.
• Work starts in June 2026
• Application deadline is December 31, 2025
This is a salary, plus the offer includes an employment visa, medical insurance for elligible candidates.
Accommodation+three meals+ training are FREE.
Who This Is For:
This role is ideal for current or former college/pro athletes, current or past high school/club coaches, or experienced trainers seeking to gain international experience. You must be passionate about helping young athletes improve and be ready to commit at least 38 hours a week. Requirements:
What You’ll Do• Provide daily sports instruction/coaching to students between the ages of 4 and 15 with different ability levels.
• Demonstrate sports skills and tactics, explaining the principles behind them, observe and assess students' performance, and give them feedback on their progress.
• Group supervision of students with attention to: behaviour and group management, health and safety, security, and personal and skill development.
• Ensure the safety of students and team members both on and off the sports court.
• Organize and prepare daily plans in a fun and creative manner.
• Use practical classroom management skills to lead the activity and effectively create a fun environment where everyone feels included.

Physical Requirements:
• Be willing to travel.
• Ability to respond to emergencies that may require running and climbing stairs.
• Good physical condition, which enables the candidate to execute all responsibilities associated with this position.
Salary:
USD
500 to 600
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
