We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Engineer with strong expertise in Process Engineering and technical management for Oil & Gas EPC projects. The Chief Engineer will be responsible for leading the overall technical direction of the project, ensuring engineering excellence, compliance with international standards, and alignment with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
–Lead, manage, and coordinate the activities of all engineering teams, both in-house and contracted in Oil&Gas EPC projects.
–Review and approve key engineering deliverables, drawings, calculations, and specifications.
–Provide technical guidance during engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning phases.
–Coordinate cross-discipline engineering activities and resolve complex technical issues across departments during the full cycle of a project.
–Drive process optimization and improvement to enhance project efficiency and safety.
–Ensure compliance with international standards (API, ASME, ISO, etc.), client specifications and industry standards.
–Establish and manage a robust Technical Assurance and Verification process.
–Work closely with the Project Manager to develop realistic schedules, budgets, and resource plans for the engineering scope
–Provide critical technical input to procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup teams
–Act as the primary technical authority for decision-making and problem-solving on process and engineering matters.
–Strategically Manage technical interfaces between different project packages, sub-contractors, and existing facilities.
–Support project execution through design reviews, HAZOP studies, and technical audits.

Requirements:
–Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline; Engineering (Process, Chemical, Mechanical, or related discipline) preferred.
–10+ years of professional experience in Oil & Gas engineering, including at least 7–10 years in EPC projects with a strong focus on process engineering and technical management.
–Proven track record in process design, process optimization, and engineering coordination.
–Deep knowledge of international design codes and industry standards (API, ASME, ISO, NFPA, etc.).
–Strong leadership and decision-making skills in technical and cross-functional contexts.
–Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate effectively with project stakeholders.
–Excellent communication skills; Arabic language skills preferred.
