JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We’re seeking an experienced Administrative Supervisor to oversee and coordinate on-site administrative operations for a major oil & gas EPC project in Uzbekistan. In this role, you will manage office administration, facilitate communication across multi-national teams, and ensure efficient documentation and logistical support. You will be responsible for supervising local administrative staff, implementing company policies, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations to support project execution.
Key responsibilities include:
–Coordinate all on-site administrative functions, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing systems.
–Oversee document control processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping, distribution, and archiving of project-related materials.
–Arrange and manage travel, accommodation, and logistics for project personnel, visitors, and subcontractors.
–Liaise with internal departments, contractors, and client representatives to support project requirements.
–Supervise and train administrative staff to maintain high standards of service and compliance.
–Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and service contracts.
–Prepare and submit regular administrative reports to project management.
–Ensure compliance with company policies, project procedures, and local regulations.
Requirements:
–Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).–Minimum 5 years’ experience in administrative or office management roles, preferably within EPC or large-scale industrial projects.
–Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
–Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
–Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse, multi-national teams.
–Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
–Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
–Knowledge of Russian and/or Uzbek languages is an advantage.
