JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our international team for a major EPC project in Uzbekistan's oil & gas sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
–Coordinating cross-border logistics operations and customs clearance procedures
–Overseeing on-site material receiving, inspection, registration, and distribution
–Preparing and tracking transportation plans for both local and international shipments
–Managing warehouse activities, including inventory control, safety compliance, and material preservation
–Collaborating with procurement, construction, and engineering teams to ensure timely material delivery
–Resolving delivery delays or logistical issues with suppliers, forwarders, or site teams
–Maintaining accurate logistics records and generating regular progress reports
–Ensuring compliance with project logistics procedures and HSE requirements
Requirements:
–Bachelor’s degree or above (any discipline)–Minimum 5 years of experience in international logistics or cross-border supply chain management
–Proven track record in managing logistics operations for large-scale engineering or oil & gas projects
–Familiarity with EPC project logistics flow, including Incoterms, material tracking, and expediting
–Proficiency in Russian or Uzbek is a strong advantage
–Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
–Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
